Simple service , oil change , change over tires , wheel alignment, and possible finish problem. Service was a reservation for 9:30 am . Could not do the wheel alignment ( likely got bumped out but no reason given ) could not have the finish problem addressed, reason given no one available. Did not get the car back until late in afternoon ( 4:00pm ) .What work was done was completed properly. One would have thought with a reserved time things would have been completed in a timely fashion. Hate to be a whinner but that was the situation.
If you want a new or used car, shop at Dan Murray. I am 72 years of age, have dealt with various dealers over years and Dan Murray is where I will stay.
