Greeted on arrival, they make sure your vehicle exterior is checked on arrival its all documented my appointment was booked for that day, Peter re visited the problem with me and then made sure that there was no other concerns.then offered shuttle service to return home. Vehicle repaired as promised phone call made to advise, picked up by shuttle.brought back to Murray. Very happy with service.
I had my 2013 Cruze in for a Onstar hardware upgrade as well as ECU firmware flash. Other than the delay in the bay (busy busy busy) I was looked after with respect and professionalism.
