Overall, my experiences have been great. Staff are all friendly from Service Personnel down to the Shuttle drivers. My only complaint is that when I come for an oil change it is usually over an hour wait due to long line ups (maybe open more bays?). I also had an experience where I came in for a suggested alignment and it was found that my struts were leaking so they needed replacing . I was still charged for the alignment knowing full well that when my struts were replaced the following week or so another alignment would need to be completed. I felt that the first alignment should not have been done once they found out I needed the warranty work. I voiced my displeasure and I felt I was not totally heard. I was not refunded my money for a needless alignment.
Peter is great to deal with, when i have problems with my vehicle, and require maintenance work to be done.
My last visit to the dealership was for some maintenance and some warranty issues. Peter was very knowledgeable with my vehicle and was quick to give me some options for the repairs.
He called me with the estimate and outlined exactly what was needed, in a timely fashion.
The repairs were also completed in the time frame that was stated when i had spoke to Peter about the estimate. Very happy with this service trip.
