Peter was excellent but the rest of the staff left something to be desired.
Peter was most respectful and made sure that all the required jobs were listed.
I went in for a factory recall, when I came to pick up my car, they couldn't find it. Then when they did find the car it wouldn't start because the lights were left on and the battery was drained. I had an appointment with my mechanic the next day and had to replace the battery. Was not impressed.
PETER was great. He get 5 out 5 stars.

Had a check engine light problem and starter noise. All were diagnosed and the starter was replaced but the missfire in #3 cylinder was not fixed as the tech needed to pull the engine apart and since I had a new engine put in 90000 km ago ( 3.5 years) it might not be covered under warranty so I said no. It only hampers the mileage at slow speeds so I did not want to pore any more money into an 03 Avalanche. Peter and the Tech were in contact with me during all phases of repair. Always great service and advice.
