I have been dealing with Murray since 2010 and have purchased 2 Chevy Equinox in those years. I am very happy with the service and the people I deal with.
I feel they did a Therrow job. For the had found a nail in bedded in my tire. Which was good for I was heading on a long trip to Chicago. The only thing I didn't like was that there labor cost was a bit high
I've dealt with Murray Chev since 2007 and every time I come in for servicing I request to deal with Peter Buternowski. He knows me on sight, has been very helpful and willing to explain any work needed and he always makes sure I leave satisfied. He makes the dealership servicing pleasant. As long as Peter is in the service bay I will keep returning. He's worth his weight in gold to someone who like me, knows just enough about a vehicle to get it started and get from point A to point B. Thanks, Peter. Thanks Murray Chevrolet.
Everytime I have had my vehicle serviced (for anything i.e. oil change etc.) I have been met with cheerful, informative service representatives. My service advisor is usually Peter Buternowsky and he is a gem of person; personable, detailed with information, courteous and keeps me up to date on progress of the work being done; but if he is busy the service adivors that I speak with are all equally as informed, and personable. I give the service advisors and Murray Chevrolet a five star rating.
