After having a transmission problem that was difficult to figure out, Peter listened to my concerns and was very patient with me. I was frustrated because I had to come in 3 times for a transmission problem. Peter was able to keep me focused and calm by explaining the process and the reasons why this took so long to figure out. Peter always keeps me posted, tries to get me in as asap and tries to get my vehicle done in a timely manner. He is through when explaining warranty coverage. So I was happy even though my car some problems and at the end of the day everything was pretty much covered and my car is running great now!
I came in to get a clasp replaced on front bumper. Under warranty. Little mileage as car new. Some resistance on part of car as it wasn't a big deal BUT I wanted the broken clasp replaced so the panel lined up perfectly and so the panel would not become loose during car washing. Shop foreman was called and agreed to replace it. I thought this was a bit much.
Put on new tires, coolant flush,transmission flush,front end alignment. They replaced stabilizer bar in rear that was making a noise. We thought the shocks needed replacing, they took it for a test drive and discovered the shocks were still good but stabilizer bar needed replacing and we needed new tires.
