I love my vehicle and the service I receive is good at the dealership. I have an issue with all five of my doors rusting on my 2013 Equinox which I understand is an issue with that model and year. They re-sealed my four doors (although I wanted the doors replaced as the doors started rusting less than a year of my buying it brand new) and the service was good but I don't think the issue is going to be resolved. I spent over $40,000 on the vehicle and I am still unhappy with this fact. I understand the issue has been resolved for the 2015
models and can't understand why I can't get new doors on. Once rust is in a vehicle, it can't be "fixed". That much I know for sure. Unless GM resolves the issues of the doors and due to this fact, I can't give a 5 star rating as I would like to. Thank you. Penny Dzydz

Hello Penny,
Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern. Please take comfort in the fact that Murrays have properly repaired the seams in all 4 of your Equinox doors, as well as the tailgate, which as you know is not normally included in this recall. This recall is a preventive measure that both General Motors and Murrays feel will prevent any further issue with this issue. Your vehicle is covered for rust perforation for 6 years or 160,000 kms. Thank you again for your feedback.
