Amanda was very professional but also friendly. She made sure to note on the work order for my vehicle that I needed it back by a certain time. She gave me a pager to notify me when my vehicle was ready, it was done within the time i needed it, and she personally came to get me instead of paging.
Although not thrilled with the fact that I was required to replace an engine at 118,000 kilometers and am out of pocket $6000 due to an on going warranty/oil consumption issue and parts failure I must say I received exceptional customer service from Amanda Richot and Kelly Scott.
