The front drivers seat was not working. When they repaired it they left the wires hanging and visible anyone sitting at the back while extending their legs would have caught the wires and broken them. I asked to have them tucked under the seat because I was sure
the car did not come that way when new. They did them properly at no charge.
If they did it right the first time I would not have had to was my time or theirs and bring it back. The Service Rep was very professional I will definitely come back for service.
Had ordered a used lens and appointment was made. On day if appointment my service advisor Amanda noticed a problem with the lens. She arranged for a new one from parts got the ok to get the price reduced! That saved me the hassle of rebooking and also paying the very inflated price of a new one.

Had my truck in early for repairs, provided with a courtesy truck, was called when it was completed at the agreed upon time. Work was completed to the highest of standards. Minimal disruption to my schedule and very courteous service.
Service was great. I was disappointed that my vehicle had this problem with only 75 K , however Murray honoured my powertrain warranty with no questions asked. Vehicle was towed under GM roadside, and Amanda , our service advisor explained the work needed,kept us up to date on the repair progress, and offered alternative transportation and customer pickup if required. So far my vehicle runs great after this extensive repair.
