There was quite a line up due to some training going on when I arrived and they apologized profusely for the wait.
They had me scheduled for the services requested and when I arrived they asked me about having my maintenance completed as well which was due in 2 weeks. I really appreciated this as it saved me from having to go back in another 2 weeks. All the services were performed as requested and the vehicle was ready when promised.
always get great service at Murray, Just one little detail this last time they forgot to put an oil change sticker on my car which made me wonder if I actually got an oil change?
They were prompt, thorougher & friendly. I was able to drop off my car & they had great communication as to what was being done & when it would be completed. I will do all my seasonal service with Murray Chev.
