We are quickly approaching our retirement and...This was our first "new" vehicle purchase. After hearing from others that had recently purchased an Equinox before us and then to later find out their dealership had either drastically reduced the extended warranty or threw in the floor mats, cargo net and/or mud flaps, we were disappointed that all we got was a free car wash at The Chamois that expired within the month. We have since purchased our own mud flaps and had them installed at your dealership and purchased our own floor mats...When we decide to trade in, we will probably shop around at other dealerships before coming back.
Sales manager needs to realize customers are more important than monthly quotas
My son purchased a 2011 Silverado end of November and we were not impressed with how the deal was handled by the sales manager, as a result we will be taking all of our business and service needs to Mcnaught across the street
