I have had nothing but excellent service from Murray Chev Olds.

My most recent issue was an engine light on in my HHR. Prompt appointment given. Full discussion of follow up required and time needed to get part from Rennie including estimate. Installation coming tomorrow.

keep up the great work ,service is awesome. dropped the vehicle got shuttled home and picked up the same day. so far so good

oil change

after last oil change, oil is leaking out of the filter housing onto the intake. Was the o-ring changed on the cap?? maybe not as this is the first time this has happened.

car purchase-didn't happen

In July, I was called 4 times to come in to look at upgrading my Equinox. I made an appointment with John P. I waited over an hour to meet with John and never got in to see him. I question why I would bother to set up an appointment if it was not going to be kept. I was shown a vehicle that seriously interested me. John quoted me the sticker price in a follow up text. The math on the pricing made no sense on top of that. Basically, I would have been charged over 60k for a vehicle with a price of 40k... at 0% interest. When I received a follow up call from Meagan, I expressed my complete displeasure. Her response was, " I'm sorry you didn't find the experience pleasant." It's a good thing that the service department at Murray's is great under Scott Kelly, or I'd have nothing to do with Murray's. I sincerely doubt my next purchase will be there, however.
