Went to the collision centre to replace a part that just disappeared when we repaired our vehicle in May. Not only did they replace the part for free but they were able to replace it within 15 minutes. My toddler played in their awesome children's area while we waited. David (I hope that's his name, gentleman with glasses) was so kind and so helpful. It was so pleasant dealing with him. Amazing customer service! If only all people could be like him. From the minute we walked in to when we left we were treated with respect and kindness. Thank you David and Murray Chevrolet!
All my concerns were addressed in a timely fadhion. Amanda and Chris were professional and efficiant in resiolving the front axle leak and broken radio.
my son had his vehicle in for a MPI repair>>>Body>>>>>only one issue
he was told to come pick up the vehicle at a certain time....when he arrived to pick up his buggy, it wasn't ready because of paperwork issue>>>>, so he had to come back later that day.....no biggie, but, paperwork issue.....seems elementary to me is all.
