It was easy to set up assessment appointment and drop off and pick up of car was quick and easy, plus they washed my car even though all they did was look at it! I look forward to taking my car back to have the repairs done at such a friendly and professional dealership.
I had an issue with my alarm system in my new vehicle. I was told to immediately come to the shop to have someone look at it. When I arrived I was told "whoever told you to come down wasn't thinkong: we won't be able to see the vehicle until some time tomorrow." Why was I told to rush down if they couldn't help me?
