The salesman I dealt with was named Jamie (sorry don't have his card handy for his last name). He was very professional and did everything he could to make the purchase more easy for me. Even when I told him about my situation going through my divorce and explained that I couldn't afford it right now he still helped me get into my brand new vehicle right away with payments that I could afford. I would highly recommend Jamie and Murray Chevrolet to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.
I was scheduled for a new tire install. Service technician notified me it was delayed because the tire was late arriving. Once the tire arrived, my service appt was 2 hours long which I could not accommodate due to other commitments. I had to return on a different day to have the tire installed. It was very inconvenient and frustrating. As well, the technician quoted me $160 for the new tire install and the final invoice was $250 which was unacceptable, in my opinion. I discussed my frustration with the service tech and I was told a survey would be emailed to me.

Work was performed as expected and in promised trame frame
This a very positive experience in dealing with the body shop.
One very minor criticism was I received an offer in the mail for BOGO wiper blades when service work is performed.. I was told this offer was not applicable to bodyshop work. I thought this was strange.

I was in an accident and tried the MPI trial and brought our car into Murray Chev for one stop claim/repair. Auto repairs done to vehicle included painting, and dent removal. They did a wonderful job. Thank you.
