Drop my car Tuesday early morning and was told that I will be able to pick it up Friday or Monday. Called Monday MYSELF to find out and was told that car will be ready Thursday. No call, no information, nothing. Called Thursday evening again to find out what's going on and was told that car is ready.

While the info I got was not exactly what I wanted to hear (30000$ for investigating noise in front end) I was informed about what to watch for and in the long run I can start looking for a new vehicle before this one totally breaks down.
