I have always had a lot of trust in Murray to fix my equinox
I have dealt with Peter Buternowsky whom I feel is honest and trustworthy. He gives me good advice. Peter is the main reason I like Murray as a dealership.
I brought my car in for a complete check as my warranty was coming to the end. Staff explained some of the different options to me. I find the staff knowledgeable and professional . Service was completed quickly and efficiently.
I was contacted by the service department in regards to servicing of my vehicle.
When I asked for a Saturday appointment I was told that they could easily book the appointment for the following weekend and perform the services I requested.
2 days before the Saturday appointment I was left a voice mail indicating that they could not perform the work and would like to book a weekday appointment which I could not attend. that was why I inquired about the Saturday appointments. I have received several surveys and have answered them all in a negative answer.
There has been no response or attempt to adress the issue.
