First routine oil change and service on my new 2020 Silverado LTZ. Everything checked out A-OK! I was in and out of the drive-in oil change bay in 15 minutes.
Came in for an oil change and asked if I could get a multi point at the same time. They fit it in as I live out of town. Friendly, professional and timely. My car is 11 years old, purchased at Murray’s and maintained by them. No complaints. Rennie has been the service person for me the past number of years and knows the ins and outs of my car but if he is not there, the others do a nice job as well.
I own a GMC Canyon and needed some warranty work completed. I had the pleasure of having Chris Mark as my service advisor. Chris was a pleasure to work deal with and very professional. He addressed all my concerns and some. Definitely goes out of his way to ensure your concerns are delt with. Keep up the great work!!
Recommended replacement of radiator after fault found during previous service visit. Service advisor ordered replacement and advised when parts available for install. Have accurate estimate of time required for work and informed me when work was finished. Service advisor confirmed that repair was covered by warranty. Work was done completely and without defect.
I was unhappy with the a portion of the service I received. I reported my concerns to the service manager (Kelly Scott) in an an e-mail dated August 23rd. Mr. Scott has yet to respond to my e-mail.
