I was taken in right away and the work needed explained clearly. No surprises, just the usual winter readiness. It was also washed and the inside vacuumed and it really needed it so thank you.
The dealership outlined what they would include in service (oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection) .
Since shuttle service is no longer available they explained how long I would have to wait for service (up to two hours) but they had my vehicle completed within an hour so very pleased.
I had issues with the gps/compass in my 2015 Tahoe. I booked online, and was met by Amanda, who was able to get the diagnosis AND solution completed within several HOURS, not a day or two. Clear communication, easy to understand and now everything is as it should be.
The service I received on my latest visit was as always fantastic. Chris Mark does a great job looking after my service needs, and is done in a timely fashion. Chris makes all my visits top priority!!
