We had an appt for an oil change and the day before, we noticed a nail in our tire. We had that taken care, free of charge! (AWESOME!), the same day as our oil change. Always great service!
Went in for an oil change which was great as normal. What I didn't like was none of the staff were wearing face masks. You had about 15 customers in your waiting room area and only myself and 2 others had masks on. None of your sales staff also were not wearing masks and were wandering around your salesroom. Surely you folks could set a better example.

Thanks for the feedback Lyle . When you were in September 8th we did not have the restrictions of code Orange yet. We did actually go to Code Orange protocol before the province announced it.
