My Suburban is a 2016 and had approx. 65000- 70,000 KM.on the vehicle. (just over the bumper to bumper warranty) I was informed all 4 shocks were leaking and they were not covered under warranty.
The offer to replace them was given to me but at an unreasonable cost even at a discounted price.
I believe this is a manufactures problem of defective equipment or production and I don't feel I should have to pay for a manufactures problem.
If you or GM change their minds and would like to consider replacing these for no charge please get back to me.
Regards
Don
Very respectful about what I could afford since 3 things was due to be done. Advice was given on what was best to be done at the time and what could wait.
My experience was the worst I ever had. After 4 vehicles purchased with Murray I was treated terribly by the service manager. I regret giving Murray Chev the business to repair my truck.
Great staff at Murray's.. from ownership, management, sales, business and service. Problems FIXED!! Courteous, professional contact every time. The front desk ladies are wonderful !
WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BODY SHOP
took my truck to the dealership thinking they would do the best job. all that was needed was the driver side box repainted for a mpi claim. when I got the truck back I wasn't happy with the repair. there was over spray all over the frame. the left side of the frame was covered in white paint, they told me they would fix the overspray but all they did was spray over it with black paint. the paint didn't last. second thing i asked to have the truck plugged in because it is a diesel they didn't plug it in and they killed the batterys trying to start in
