Vechicle was fixed quickly and ready for pickup as promised
Repaired faulty wiring harness to fuel pump. My only issue with this is the harness should have been replaced as this is the second harness that has failed on this vehicle.
Had timing chains done on my vehicle. As much as it cost for repairs service staff kept me updated on repair status and was fixed on time they estimated.
Ryan Smith treated me like I was important. My truck was done earlier than promised and the whole transaction was seamless. It was a pleasure to deal with this guy.
I had To get my car towed in for repairs and it was still leaking oil three days later. I took it Back and the service advisor said it wasn’t leaking. Then they apparently spotted something else broken that there is physically no way I could Have broken it. They charged me like crazy for something they obviously damaged trying to get into the engine. Every time i start my car it’s loud and has to be taken to a new shop. Very very disappointed and will never go back to Murray’s.
