Very satisfied with the service work and customer service. Work required was thoroughly explained and with options. I will continue to have service work done at Murray Chevrolet
I am however disappointed with my vehicle that required major timing chain repair(twice) and a new transmission with a vehicle at now just over 120,000 km. I have not been hard on any of my vehicles.
My advisor was professional and courteous he explained what was going to be done and he provided a tire quotation I was interested in, however the price of the tires was far more than what I could get the same tire for at the Good year dealership.
My truck was in for service, I was having problems with my parking assist sensors. Because the parts are not stocked, I had to bring it back for the repair. It acted up again and I had to bring it back 2 more times to be corrected. Now it is doing the same thing and my bumper warranty has expired. I was also quoted $750 for a rear brake job that I was able to get completed for $270 at another shop. I was warned about quotes from this dealership for unnecessary / overpriced repairs, but didn't believe it until now. Not impressed at all with the service.
