Truck stunk like chemicals for 2 weeks after getting it back had to drive with windows down. I told the dealership they said they would take a look at file to try and fix situation.... never got response back
Total disorganization, took me upwards of 35 minutes standing in line to pay after oil change. Paperwork not filled out properly, took 3-4 phone calls to oil change staff to get problem fixed. Also was told I had an antifreeze leak. I had it checked out and it was actually power steering leak. In qualified staff working in oil change area. And poor customer service skills overall. The oil change was done quicker than the invoicing. I will not be returning to Murray Chev for any work in the future.

Autobody did not accept our claim in Feb 2018 and thus delayed our road trip which had to be cut short.
We went elsewhere for the repairs which were done immediately at a significantly lower price. Extremely disappointed with the Autobody at Murray Chev and really do not feel like returning to Murray Chev for anything in the future.
