Brought Vehicle in the same day as it was fixed very happy with the service both problems that I had with my vehicle were sold the same day that I took it in very pleased
very positive -Brock assessed that the problem could be covered on GM warranty and because of that an expensive job was covered under warranty. I have bought our last 2 vehicles at Murray partly because of the excellent way this latest problem was resolved.
I bought a 2013 Chevy trax for 16000. Drive it home and check engine light came on. Brought it in immidiately. I received good service and response. 2 days later got car back. 3 days later noticed the heat did not work. Now 2 weeks after that I still don't have the vehicle. Bought it like 3 weeks ago and I have barely drive it yet. Great staff. I'd sure love to see the car I bought for 16000 3 weeks ago.
