The oil change and grease went as expected but at one time not so long ago if a bulb was out the customer was asked if they would like it changed and a fee was expected, this past service I need two that needed changing for which I understand for both you can get a ticket from the police, I was not asked if I wanted them changed but only told they were out. Is this the new policy!
