The checklist indicates that the windshield washer fluid was filled, but it was not. What else on the checklist does not get done?
On October 25th, I popped my hood to add oil treatment to my oil reservoir and noticed that the windshield washer fluid was not filled, as indicated on Certified Service checklist. I took a picture on that day, so I had it for reference. It makes me wonder, what else isn't being done when I go through the quick lube service lane. The rest of my experience was favourable, as it wasn't busy and I didn't have to wait that long.
Service being done explained very well. Called regarding extra service which was appreciated. Very pleased with service. Courteous service by all personal.
