Went to two Acura dealerships in Southwestern Ontario and my experience with Drew and Acura West was much better as a customer experience by a long shot.
In the market for a new car and had my mind set on a pre-owned vehicle. Drew did a fantastic job understanding my needs, my concerns and my budget throughout the entire process. He pulled a combination of options - my requested vehicles and also vehicles I would never originally consider due to lack of knowledge. It was a pleasant and informative shopping experience; a stark difference to another Acura Dealership I visited in the GTA where the Sales Rep condescended me for my requested vehicle options.
I ended up finding what I wanted, without knowing I wanted this vehicle originally - thanks to Drew. I'd definitely come back again.
Whenever I enter the Dealership, Drew, the Receptionist and all of the other employees seem to go out of their way to welcome you. Paul has done a great job of training his employees in this regard.
Drew is professional, friendly, and was excellent at explaining the features of my new vehicle.
