Bought used Jeep that had rust issues from windshield install. Contacted salesman and he told me it was my problem and there was nothing they could do. Contacted Sales Manager and Service Manager and Service manager called me right away and had my Jeep fixed and looks great. Sales needs to be just as concerned about customer after the as they are on making the sale.

I booked appointment for two recalls and oil change a week ago and I was told it will take almost whole day and it should be a working day, I took a day off from work because of this only and when I went there they said only one recall can be fixed because there system down and nobody informed me before , because the system is down from two weeks if it’s not fixed I should be informed so I can save my day and on top of it the customer service girl was rude , when I came to pick up my truck I told her about the spring promotion oil change buy one get one free how it works I seen on your website . She goes like I should inform her first , that’s not how things work here . I have to do again paper work, all that time she looks angry and no thanks on getting payment . Neither bye . I bought my truck from you guys and this is my second visit to your service centre for oil change , If I will get same kind of customer service I will stop coming simply

My car has been in shop a month and a half nobody has been letting me know anything the car was to be ready two weeks ago and nobody has called to tell me why
I finally got my car today and I was not happy with the work they did they could have done some of the small dents and scratches on it I asked why they did not do it they said they did what the Insurance said on he estimate.I think they should have done them out of respect and gratitude for being so late.
