My parents hired Bath Fitters to remove their bath tub and install a shower. They charged premium rates but only sent 1 person to do the work. They damaged the toilet, scraped the bathroom wall and dented the wall from the bathroom into the bedroom. I expected Bath Fitters to take responsibility for this and adjust accordingly. Instead my parents were advised that Bath Fitters is not responsible for any damage done during the installation. The work looks great if you dont include the hundreds of dollars worth of damage they caused. Thanks Bath Fitters for not taking responsibility of your actions!!
They were courteous and did an awesome job. They never went over The price they quoted.. They were very efficient and polite and did a fantastic job. We absolutely love our new shower person that put it in Chris did it great job can’t say enough good things about him.
The installer came when they said he would, he was professional, courteous, and did a great job. Had other contractors working in the house on the same day and all went smoothly. Very happy with the results.. Great Job.
Professionally installed in short order. Total transformation in less than 6 hours and the price was surprisingly less than I anticipated! I love the lifetime guarantee that it comes with. One very satisfied customer who will be spreading the word!
Friendly, prompt, quality service dealing with a somewhat difficult renovation
This project entailed tub and shower area surround plus covering existing ceramic tile in a wainscot format on 3 walls. Tie ins /interfacing with door frame and a corner cabinet presented a tedious task. Separately, wall areas above wainscoting were painted - the type of silicone sealant used for the new “tile” work was not compatible with latex paint, making it difficult to create a “clean” paint demarcation line. Several coats of a type of paint primer were used with some success.
