Milton Honda cheated me by installing Aftermarket Parts and charged me for Genuine Honda parts

Milton Honda cheated me by installing Aftermarket Parts on my Honda vehicle without my consent and billing me for Honda OEM parts. My Honda Vehicles were serviced only at Honda dealership/service and I never installed any Aftermarket Parts on my vehicles. There was no conversation about putting Aftermarket Parts on my vehicle when I took my Honda vehicle to Milton Honda for a Complete Brake job and I didn't know any Honda Dealership/Service installing Aftermarket Parts on Honda vehicles without customer's request for Aftermarket parts to save some money. Milton Honda never mentioned to me that they were installing Aftermarket Brake Pads on my vehicle. The Invoice also misrepresented and stated that Milton Honda put Honda OEM Parts on my vehicle and I don't know how Milton Honda managed the Invoice without management's knowledge to install Aftermarket parts but to invoice for Honda OEM Parts. My brakes were making noise after the Complete Brake job and I took my vehicle back to the Milton Honda. Initially, Milton Honda said nothing wrong but the noise continued. Later, a smart mechanic (who used to work on my Honda vehicle) at Milton Honda checked the brakes and found Aftermarket Brake Pads installed on my vehicle. I asked Al Kanji, the service advisor and he was arguing with me saying "you took the car somewhere else after the brake work (at Milton Honda) and they changed the Honda brake pads with Aftermarket Parts". I spoke with the senior management and they agreed to replace the Aftermarket Pads with Honda OEM parts at free of cost for the parts but I had to pay for the labor. I left the vehicle with them and Milton Honda said they replaced the Aftermarket Brake Pads with Honda OEM Brake Pads. Later, Halton Honda checked the Brake Pads and confirmed that the car was still sitting with Aftermarket Brake Pads. I contacted the Milton Honda manager but he refused to help with the situation and said "you can go to Court". Tony

East Or West.. Al Kanji is the best. Al, Thanks indeed for your relentless dedication and persistence in taking car of my Pilot issue is greatly appreciated as always. Your customer service skills and awareness of others makes you just AMAZING at what you do!! AL is seriously one of main reason that makes me bringing my car constatntly to Honda Milton and not other dealers as my pilot always in safe and fabulous hand , AL goes beyond the expectation with his excellent customer service. Hondal Milton should indeed appreciate/recognise how great AL in customer service and prefessional. way to go AL. Thanks a lot for your valued help and efforts as always and greatly appreciated,
