This is our third car purchase from Haldimand Motors and we are very happy with the total experience. As of this statement we have not picked up our vehicle but are looking forward to it. The Haldimand personnel were very forthright with all info on the vehicle that we were purchasing and explained all options to us about certain coverage which was open for us to for certain coverage as this was a used vehicle. Very friendly atmosphere within the office area and nothing felt like we were being "pushed" in any way. Great experience and would purchase from Halidman again.
My experience with Haldimand was above my expectations! I went to the lot looking for a vehicle, and was very impressed that the staff was courteous, let me walk around the lot myself, and were not pushy and looking for a sale. I decided on a vehicle, and was told that it would be ready by Friday. Tuesday morning I got a call that it was already done and ready to go! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle, without all of the hassle of a dealership! 5+ STARS!!
