They detailed (cleaned) the car twice when they didnt have to. Supplied me with a loaner car quickly. Exellent helpfull staff. All in all you do not see this type of service very often. Many cars to choose from. I highly recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone looking for a good, affordable, used car.

However, I am not impressed how the car was presented to me. The interior seats are all stained and the inside needed a better cleaning. There were marks on the outside of the car, I did point them out to the salesman . He said , you can buy a wax stick and cover it up. He didn't seem to have time for us after we paid . Not even a hand shake .It is the second car I have purchased at Haldimand . After the first car, I had EVERY reason to come back and purchase again. Not only was my car spotless , I was treated with respect and felt good about my purchase. My husband (Nelson West) also purchased his nissan Xterra at Haldimand and was more than pleased.
Just to let you know...I am Extremely Disappointed.
