Felt comfortable and they knew what they were talking about
Peter was a my sales person, great guy, I felt very comfortable , I did not feel pressured, and I also found a great car and got lots of advice. I have never bought a car before and this was my first experience, and let me tell you it was great!
Staff were always friendly. They joked around and made me feel welcome!
I loved that I could go in a test drive any vehicle!
Was giving car facts and they even took the time to go over the details of the reports.
I didn't like that I didn't know when I would be able to pick up my vehicle (I do understand that its difficult to give an exact date).
When I picked up my vehicle they told me that they had cleaned it however, there was still mud on the back seat.
Dan (my sales man) was lovely! Since it was my first car I didn't really know what everything meant and he took the time to explain everything! He also went through all the extra packages and warranties.
I was very happy that they gave me an oil change and new window wipers!!
Overall, I was impressed and would buy another vehicle from Haldimand!
My wife and I are under a consumer proposal and wasn't sure we could arrange financing. They made it easy and got us a much better rate than we where expecting. 10.9 % as opposed to the 16 % they initially said we would probably be looking at. We got a 2012 Toyota Corolla with 70 k for a good price. We are repeat customers and will be back again next time we need a new car.
