this was my first experience ever, having to purchase a vehicle on my own. I was scared and nervous not knowing what to expect. the staff left me to my own devices to test drive the cars at my own leisure. I appreciated the friendliness and the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere... when I finally made my decision george was there to answer any questions I had without pressure and made the experience of purchasing the vehicle simple, easy, and pleasant- contrary to what I had anticipated. We had been referred to Haldimand Motors by friends who had purchased vehicles there on two occasions and we wanted a specific vehicle in a specific colour and just a few years old. We had been monitoring their site for several weeks when, what to our surprise, and just in time (our current vehicle suddenly required repairs well beyond the value of the car), the exact vehicle we had been wanting was on the lot. We called and they held it for our test drive (we live 45 min. away from their business), and from that moment, we experienced only friendly, courteous, knowledgeable interactions with all their staff. We had to finance a portion of the purchase and that, also, went smoothly, and accurately. I have no hesitation in recommending Haldimand Motors to anyone, and we will!
Very easy, no hassle way to purchase an automobile.
Haldimand Motors had the vehicle ready for pick-up on time with all the paperwork, plates etc. done. The only set-back was having only one key provided with the auto, but provided another at their cost of $60.00 and programmed it to the auto.
There was no pressure and it was a very friendly atmosphere. I love the fact that there is no haggling over the price. This way its far to all who come.
