They had the van I wanted. The business approach is basically "do you want it or not". They are however very accommodating to fix most deficiencies, including scuffs and scratches, as a condition of sale. So make sure you go over your vehicle with a fine eye before you sign the dotted line. I was a little disappointed that they did not even attempt to remove the black glue residue from the previous dealer "sticker" on the rear hatch, even though they were right there fixing another paint issue. I it wasn't "requested" by me in the contract. Delivery clean up was average (it was shampooed and cleaned and outside cleaned), but I still have to fine clean it to get food residue, etc out of cup holders etc.
Delivery was wheres the check, heres your keys.
But in the end, I feel I can trust them due to their ethic values and since they move a lot of cars. I came from London area to get this van.
The car that I had had for 5 years (not from haldimand) blew the transmission so I was stuck for a vehicle. I went to haldimand motors on Saturday and had my new car by the following Thursday! The people there were all VERY helpful, kind, welcoming and funny! The car is absolutely amazing and they did a wonderful job fixing every little flaw there was and detailing the car. I would recommend haldimand motors to absolutely anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle! Thank you everyone at haldimand for the awesome experience!
Fair prices and very helpful and happy Sales staff. Took longer than the 7-10 days I was originally told to get my vehicle, although only by a few days.
George in the sales department listened to my questions and replied courteously and honestly. The car was ready when we requested. The sales service included more than what we knew was required.
