I think a explanation of all the features and how to use them of a vehicle would have been appreciated.

Great place to shop at, but its (distant) location makes it unpleasant when needed to go back for repairs/maintenance, etc. (Long) distance & (lack of) time equals: frustration. Other than that, vehicles are about 10% (+/-) cheaper than anywhere else. The salesman & service are 'much more' than 10% better than anywhere else.

I never imagined that I would be in a situation where I would be getting a new (used) car. I was stressed and nervous and anxious and freaking out. Every member of the staff worked to make me feel comfortable and made the process straightforward and easy. The saleman did his best to put me at ease. I was thrilled to get my new car (which has been named Georgerio) because I never expected new tires, new wipers and a great fix to a hole in the interior! Thank you for going above and beyond for me. Though I hope to have my new gorgeous car for ever, I will definitely keep you in mind in the future.
