I recently purchased a car from Haldimand motors, and was, and still am very pleased with my purchase. Everyone was extremely helpful, and my car was ready for me within one week! All in all a good experience.
I have purchased two vehicles from this establishment ; the first one served me well for 11 years and servived just short of 300000 km. My first choice when another vehicle was required was Haldiman and I was not disappointed with the swiftness of obtaining another vehicle.There was some service required and the response was quick and courteous. I am in the process of having my own mechanic check the vehicle and if any maintenance is required I am sure the response will be as quick and courteous as always
Years ago, my business partner told me that Haldimand Motors was the best dealership around. I guess I was too young then to take advice but recently, when I was in the market for a new vehicle, very positive comments about this dealership kept popping up during my internet research. So, my wife and I took a trip from Woodstock to test drive a couple of vehicles that we had seen on their website listings..All of their vehicles are listed with descriptions. I am not sure how their way of doing business evolved but it is genius!! Courteous from the moment you walk in the door, knowledgeable, no pressure..obvious that everyone here works together for a common goal..pleasing the customer..a novel approach for a car dealership..We liked both of the vehicles that we drove but did have to choose one and the transaction and arrangements were handled efficiently and any questions addressed. No buyer's regret here! Serviced and certified and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle that we purchased; a 2011 Ford Fusion. The price was excellent. We will travel pretty far to return to Haldimand Motors anytime that we are purchasing a vehicle.
Haldimand went out of their way to take care of me the customer. Once again I had hassle free, great service. If I was to give a suggestion it would be to communicate more often with the customer about the progress of their vehicle while in the shop especially if waiting for parts or unusual delays.

I dealt with George who was courteous and professional. Haldimand is very low pressure and gives you the chance to browse the cars at your own pace without pressure to buy.
