We purchased our previous car from you and have been very happy with it
I was a little disappointed that I had to wander the lot looking for the car I was interested in.. I think the buying experience could be improved by having someone take me to the car of my choice, or bring it to the front for me. Also it would have been nice to have someone show me the options and how they work BEFOREI took the car on a test drive.
On a positive note, the young man who showed me the options when I picked up the car was knowledgeable and polite in explaining them to me.

I was greeted by the team with upmost respect and it was nice to not have anyone pressuring me while I was making my selection. The process to actually purchase the vehicle was quick and easy and everything was transferred for me upon picking up my vehicle which left me with no stress. After the purchase I had an issue with the engine light which I was able to book an appointment quickly to resolve the problem. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend their services.
Sales staff were excellent and I purchased a great car. However, my request for pricing and availability of snow tires for the vehicle never received a response.
