Origiinal purchase offer agreed was not honoured, excuse that staff wasn’t available on the Sat. Running a business of this size and not having staff there and making an offer you then saying wasn’t accurate is not good business. I did the deal loosing money was called and told my new vehicle ready, went and picked it up to find out my hitch was not installed now i have to come back, inconvienced and another disappointment
the car I purchased had a technical issue so after returning it twice I ended up exchanging it. the second vehicle also required work after being purchased and had to be returned to the service department. in spite of these challenges I would still buy another car in future (this is my third) and will bring my 3 kids to haldimand motors to purchase cars in the next couple of years.

Trade in value and lack of owners manual for purchased vechicle
Original Trade in value offered was higher than the offer the offer weceived when we came to pick up the new car and the new car did not have a owners manual and a manual from Chrysler is $75. We downloaded one from the internet but it is not as good as having one in the car in case it is needed right away. However saying that we are quite pleased with the new car.
Hi, I only got one key with my truck and they are expensive to replace, and I wish I could of got a heads up on 3 litre diesel, dodge like to throw main bearings, but it is good on fuel on the highway, I got down to 8.7 litre per 100km, and thanks for repairing the truck twice, free of charge
