I bought my 2014 Ford Fiesta from Haldimand back in February and have no regrets!
The sales and service teams are equally wonderful and patient. When I was initially buying the car I felt absolutely no pressure to make a deal I wasn't comfortable with. The sales team were honest and open about everything and I felt listened to and respected, something I can't say for all the dealerships I visited looking for a car.
I have been in to have my Fiesta serviced three times now, just to check up on a few minor things, get the oiled changed and the tires switched, and they have gone above and beyond my expectations every time. They're gracious and answer all my questions, no matter how ridiculous. This is my first car so knowing I can go to them and be given a straight, honest answer is great.
I would recommend Haldimand to everyone and anyone!

The service was Good i bought a 2013 chev cruze on a Tuesday and it was ready for me to pick it up on Friday with oil change and a few other things i had requested all done.

I called Amy and told her exactly what I was looking for. Within 2 weeks she found me the exact vehicle. I was treated with the utmost respect. I had a bit of trouble with the financing but only because of being on disability due to my bad car accident but everyone worked very hard for me and made it very easy. I loved my experience with the knowledgeable and kind hearted staff.
