Certified?? Brake light inoperative, rear Springs/ shocks make noticeable creaking sounds on 1st day with vehicle. Have to make multiple trips back and forth from Hamilton.
We dealt with Brent for the most part and he was fabulous. However when picking up the vehicle Brent was not in! We got someone who was not wearing a name tag and he didn't introduce himself to us at all! He was very rude and had quite an attitude. With so many hands in the pot it is difficult for this employee not to be confused! He did not explain the ownership correctly and we ended up paying twice for the ownership! We were not told it was to come in the mail at a later date and this would not have worked in our case since it was very close to when we had to go get the sticker for the plate.
