Sales Haldimand

I would do it again!! No pressure, flawless execution of our transaction and completed in a more than reasonable timely manner. I would recommend your establishment, hands down, to anyone looking for a used vehicle!! We had my parents with us for the test drive and shortly after turned into a purchase and they wished that their recent transaction at a northern Ontario dealership had been so well executed. They will be back for their next purchase for sure, as will we.

Was disapointed with the first vehicle I came to see as it was a smokers truck :-( . But met with Rob at the front desk and moved on to another pickup. This was the one and when I ask about leaving a deposit so I could come back with my husband, I was told there was no need. So when we returned, we had the keys and went for a couple other test drives but returned to my choice. We were happy with the prompt sale and registration (though my plate portion of my trade in was forgotten with sales- so it was delivered to my home the next night) and the detailing of scratches, etc. was completed. We were ok with the price we got for my trade in, but would have been a little happier with another $1000.

A change of finances brought a little confusion to the mix, but was fixed the day I picked up the car. Quite satisfied with my experience overall. I like the fact that a salesman does not follow you around. I would certainly recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

This was my first time dealing with haldimand motors and overall i had a great experience with them. i loved their warranty options and the buying process was very quick and delivery was very quick as well. The only thing that i was not so impressed with was that when we picked up our vehicle ($47,000) it was half full which can be looked at both ways. yes they dont really have any obligation to fill up your vehicle when you pick it up, but a little thing like filling the vehicle up would have been one of the small things that we would have really appreciated. i will definitely look at this dealership for future purchases and overall had a great experience.
