We have purchased many cars from HM, over the last ten-plus years. In every encounter, we have enjoyed your "no-haggle", "no-salesman", approach. In every case, we have been pleased with the pricing, product, and service. HM consistently meets, and often exceeds, our expectations. I frequently refer people to HM, because I believe that they will be as pleased as we are.
I enjoyed the experience of trying different vehicles .... the sales aspect felt rushed and a little confusing going from a vehicle listed at $6,495 to one that finished at $11,321 ...but some of that may be my own inexperience in purchasing a car ... as a Christian I wanted to deal with a Christian company ... so it is all good ...
There was some rust on the vehicle Haldimand Motors said would be fully fixed/painted prior to us picking up the vehicle. We were assured the painting had been completed. On pick up the paint fix/touch up was clearly not done and now we have to take it back in for the work to be completed. The issue is we live 45 min away which means we've got an 1 1/2 hr round trip that we now have to do twice to get something fixed that we were told was already completed.
Definitely not impressed with the lack of attention to details that were agreed upon.

Hello Scott. First I would like to apologize for the rust issue not being taken care of. I believe this was a breakdown in communication as I personally communicated where the rust was and to be taken care of.
Second we are aware of how this is an inconvenience , if I can suggest and offer to have a have Jeep picked up and a courtesy vehicle dropped off and we will have things corrected at a time that suits your schedule.

Just purchased a used vehicle. Sales staff are very helpful and friendly. Test driving vehicles is not an issue. Great place to comparison shop, lots of selection. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out.
