I recently purchased a vehicle at Haldimand Motors and was very happy with the experience.
I am a repeat customer at Haldimand Motors because 1) there is no sales pressure, at least with with respect to searching for a vehicle, 2) there are many vehicles to choose from, and 3) the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Any issues that have come up (with recent purchase, spare key needed battery) were dealt with immediately and courteously.
The staff are pleasant and professional. The lot is well set out with similar vehicles grouped together for easy comparison. This purchase was my first time dealing with Haldimand Motors, and I will certainly go back when the time comes to buy again.

Honesty/Integrity...2 words I would never have associated with car sales!!!
I couldn't believe the "sea" of cars on the lot and how well organized it is. Information about the cars is on the inside of the windshield along with a stock number and the price. The sales people do not hassle or manipulate and everyone in the sales office seems happy to be there. I also liked the fact that they have their own mechanics and service center.
I overheard a few people talking who were satisfied returning customers and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the experience!
