I can't stop telling people what a great experience I had here. It's a very different car buying experience. No one bothered me, no one hassled me or pressured me into buying anything. In fact, I didn't even speak to a salesperson until I knew which car I wanted to get.
It might not be for everyone as it's very independent (you wander the cars yourself and tell them which ones you want to test drive), however, there is lots of help available if you want or need it. I can see how it could be overwhelming if you are going in not knowing at all what kind of car you want, so do a bit of research and narrow it down to a few different models. That way, when you get there, you can go right to the area where those cars are and skip the aimless wandering.
Everyone was kind and courteous. There was none of the stereotypical "salesman" attitude or pressuring. Prices were very reasonable and car proofs for each car are available for free, which was really great. I will definitely return when I need my next car and I will continue to tell everyone to go there.

The sales man Stephan Bobo was incredibly helpful answered all our questions and was very very nice. I always go to Haldimand for my cats and am always very Happy.
Getting to test drive the car was nice and simple. This being my first time buying a car, things were explained to me with a sense of patience, and I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. Great all around experience and I got a great car.

Came out to test drive some vehicles but didn't find any suitable. Watched the website and recently returned to test another. Although I really liked it, I never want to impulse buy so I needed to think it over for a day. Your staff never pressure anyone. When I was ready all I had to do was pick up the phone and complete the deal. Like the fact you work as a team!
