My wife and I test drove a few different options. This helped narrow and fine-tune the type of vehicle and options that we liked. Other shoppers were talkative and we shared ideas and opinions.
The whole process of paperwork was quick and painless. The people working the sales counter are helpful and always willing to answer questions.

First time dealing with Haldimand Motors, and my second time purchasing a vehicle. I enjoyed that you could explore without being hassled. Interacted with many staff members during my experience, both from sales and service. The best word I can use to describe their interaction with me is... Direct. Not rude at all, but not much into small talk or banter (which isn't necessarily a bad thing depending on your preference of course) Just a bit of a culture shock for me personally as I'm in retail management, and I'm used to the "banter and small talk" as it were. Overall, I'd recommend Haldimand to a friend.
We've had definite satisfaction with buying from Haldimand Motors before (a few times), and so we went back - first online, then on-site. As we anticipated, we saw a very good selection of vehicles in the model/year/km/price range we wanted, and once again we feel that we have been able to make a purchase that suits our criteria very well.
Checked out the car on a Monday, was well taken care of and drove very well. Took one day to get approved for financing. Sales reps were very open throughout the process, and it went rather smoothly. It took a day for them to get the car ready and service anything that needed to be addressed. The final paperwork took about 15 minutes to fill out, and I was driving my car off the lot. Great, stress free experience!
