Sales Haldimand

The initial meeting and signing of purchase agreement took place on a Sunday and was awesome but was told that the vehicle would be ready by Wed.or at the latest by Friday. I called on Friday and was told that the vehicle was being sent out on Friday afternoon for painting and should be ready by Tuesday. I called Wednesday and was told the vehicle was just sent out on Tuesday and should be done on Thursday. I was called today Friday that vehicle is ready. Not very good turn around time or customer service in informing the customer. So original time frame was 3-5 days and ended up 12 days from date of purchase agreement.

Went there, as I was referred to them by a family member, and for an SUV I saw online. I looked around for a while when I first got there, and there were no pressure antics at all. I then went in to ask if I could test drive the particular vehicle I came to look at. They scanned my licence, handed me the keys and plate, and ushered me off. When I returned, they of course asked how I felt it drove. There was no added pressure by any staff member at all. When I did state I was interested in talking about it, someone was with me instantly to answer any questions/concerns I had. Very professionally run auto dealer. I would recommend them to my friends/family. It was worth the drive to CAYUGA!

We were looking for a car for our daughter and we found it. She is not under our policy for this vehicle so she need time to figure insurance and loan information out. You were will to put a hold on it for her. That time frame work and she is now purchasing her very own car. No longer under mom and dad!

This is my second car purchased at Haldimand Motors. Most likely will be my next purchase too.
