I was greeted with professional and friendly service. Was taken to a show car of the mode I wanted to look at. Was described every spec while in the show car. I was then provided with a test drive, and was shown every spec again while test driving. They made it very comfortable and told me all about the services with nurse. Then my car specialist Gerry sat down and explained financial situations with me to make me fully understand the best option for me. We discussed and there was no pressure witch was very mind settling. I came to the conclusion I wanted to purchase the Cruze. Shawn the financial manger was an amazing aswell. It was a breeze and very simple! When receiving my car it fast, yet very in depth of explaining the paperwork for the vehicle. Was insured my Bluetooth and onstar was set up before I left. I am very happy with my purchase and the service that was provided to me. I speak highly to my friends and family about nurse and the service I received. My mother also purchased a trak and is super happy with the service from gerry and Shawn also.

We knew that we wanted to purchase an Equinox (our second). Gerry was friendly and informative. We decided on a cash purchase and received the appropriate discounts also the loyalty discount. Gerry arranged for our hitch to be transferred to the new vehicle. We were given a tour of the lot to see the available 2015 models and made our choice. Pick- up of the new vehicle was straight forward and Gerry explained the new features of the Equinox and set up the new On Star program and arranged for a refund of the program in our 2010 Equinox. We are pleased with our new purchase and the service provided.
The process was fairly seemless and went very well. Aside from the lengthy wait for the PanAm vehicle to arrive (which was not the fault of Nurse Chevrolet as I understand it) everything else was very well done.
