I was looked after immediately, my advisor was very friendly, overall it was a good experience, I like that you wash the vehicle after them being serviced!
Met by customer service rep, treated well, shuttle service prompt and repair done with no charge under warranty.
All staff were professional and cordial. Repair completed without charge as the vehicle was still under warranty. No further follow-up service required.
I've had my brakes done on the rear, I was shown what the problem was before okaying job. I need front pads, just not now, no pressure. I was made aware of the situation & will keep an eye on it through my trips to your service dept. Total honesty
